The Matylda suburban recreational area is located in the immediate vicinity of an artificially created non-flowing reclamation lake in the north-western part of the town of Most in the city district II. Land. The suburban recreational area Matylda was created by reclamation of the landscape after mining activities. The water reservoir has an area of ​​38.7 ha and an average depth of 3.5 to 4 meters and is used for recreation, water sports and fishermen. The banks of the reservoir have beach and park landscaping. The beach is rocky-sandy, access to the water is possible via concrete panels and floating piers. The natural water area is intended for swimming in the wild.

The area includes cycle paths, an asphalt track for in-line and cyclists with a total length of 4 km. It includes relaxation zones, grassy areas, which are regularly maintained. You can see the outline of all cycle paths and the route of the in-line track on the map of the Matylda area.

 Parking for visitors:
Parking of vehicles is possible on the access road from the street Tvrzova - FREE. This car park is guarded by a camera system of the Municipal Police. It is also possible to work in the seasonal car park (next to the Reception building) for a fee. There is a parking meter next to the parking lot.

 Parking for cyclists:
The bikebox is intended for public use as a storage box for locking the bike. When using the Bikebox, the user is obliged to follow the operating rules, which are published at the Bikebox. Link to the cycling routes of Most.

 Toilets and showers:
Operation is provided during the summer season from 1 May to 31 October, daily from 8 AM to 8 PM.

 Campsite:
Campsite - The camp is operated during the summer season from May 1 to September 30.
The reserved area can be used by visitors with tents, motor homes and caravans.

 Rental:
During the summer season, paddleboard and pedal boat rentals are open, daily from 9 AM to 7 PM.

 In the winter months, if the climatic conditions are favorable, cross-country trails are prepared for lovers of cross-country skiing and the water surface can also be used for skating with sufficient ice thickness.
