Reason and purpose of the personal data processing
- Contact form: based on a legitimate interest , so that we can handle and answer your question
- Booking: Based on the performance of the contract and legal obligations, so that we can properly issue and archive tax documents
- Local tax on the stay: based on the legal obligation and on the local ordinance
- Police of the Czech Republic - Department of the foreign police: on the basis of legal obligation
How long do we store the data
- Contact form: for the period max 1 year
- Booking: for the period based stipulated by law
- Reporting obligation - local fee: for the period based stipulated by law
- Police of the Czech Republic - Department of the foreign police: for the period based stipulated by law
